I WILL NOT WAIT THE 5 YEARS THAT EVERYONE WANTS ME TO BELIEVE IS OR NOT EVEN A YEAR TO HAVE THE RIGHTS THAT THIS COUNTRY ONLY PROVIDES TO A FEW.

This book is not a ‘puff’ piece about the glitz and glamour of the business! This book shows step by step, the tactics used to steal lyrics & melodies, intimidation methods used to coerce, and how major music companies attempt to outright steal the lives of struggling artist.

This book is the autobiography of Tiwanda Gail Lovelace. This is compilations of events in my life, which include some accomplishments, trials and tribulations that have made me who I am today– A True Survivor.

This book will address the many struggles faced as an Outcast, a Black Woman, a Wife, Mother, and as a Writer/Lyricist.

‘This is my journey – uncensored and in my own words.’

This book is dedicated to my grandchildren, Pierre and Robin; in the hopes that they never fall victim to the pitfalls and face the same obstacles that almost drove me to self destruction. I hope that they will read my depictions of my experiences with an open heart and truly understand me as a person.

It’s not about one man’s actions, this was a joint effort!

I thought Copyright Laws were supposed to protect writers! I have been copyrighting my lyrics and melodies since 1991.

Even with Copyrights, I was denied representation.

Even with Lawsuit filed in accordance with Federal Rules on Civil procedures, I was not given an opportunity to address my claims in court!

Note: I filed a lawsuit which provided these

companies names (to the courts and other

entertainment attorney’s) for using my works;

which, included lyrics and melodies. All the

while they were one in the same, working

together.

These songs were listed in the publishing contract, listed in notice of copyright infringements, court docs, and were played on the radio by major artist signed to BMG, EMI; throughout the years starting after Zomba music publishing contract.
